Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-4 days of placing your order.

 

We offer free trackable shipping worldwide and each package is estimated to arrive between 7-18 business days after your order is shipped. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

 

Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays)

 

- USA, Canada, UK, Europe ~ 7 to 18 business days.
- Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South America*, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Middle East, South Africa, Rest of the world ~ 7 to 28 business days.
- Columbia, Kuwait, Russia ~ 14 to 28 business days.

 

 

EXPRESS MAIL VIA DHL/FEDEX/EMS/ARAMEX

 

Available for single items at price depending on country. For orders of more than one item, higher shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will email you at your given address for confirmation. We generally do not offer DHL for large orders of multiple different items.

CANCELING AN ORDER

 

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at help@rebelbones.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 15USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

 

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of your order.

 

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices).

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.
