HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

 

We currently accept payments via Paypal or Credit/Debit(Mastercard/Visa) cards.


- Click on an item to view all the available details.
- Select the details (if any), and click on 'Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing, or make payment for the chosen piece(s). Repeat first steps if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
- Click on ‘PLACE ORDER’ once you’ve finalised your order. Confirm your mailing address and please remember to include your phone no. so we can put it on the delivery advice, just in case you’re not home. This way, Mr. Postman will be able to contact you.
- Pay via Paypal or CC/DC card and you’re done!

With regards to payment issues, we use PayPal, the #1 trusted online payment gateway. All our transactions go through payment and we do not have access to any of your credit card information whatsoever.

 

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

 

You need to use our table of sizes :) It was compiled by us specifically to minimize the possibility of errors with the choice of the correct size, as well we recommendas to specify your height/wieght when placing an order.

 

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

 

Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-4 days of placing your order.


I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW DO I TRACK IT?

All shipped orders can be tracked at www.usps.com or www.17track.net with the tracking number provided when your item has been sent. If you’ve just been sent the number, please allow up to 2-5 business days for the postal system to reflect the status.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

 

Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $15USD shipping charge if the address has to be changed once the order ships. The delivery process will also be delayed in this case as the item will be redelivered back to us before being re-sent, depending on circumstances. 


Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $15 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer. 


YOUR PRICES ARE IN USD, HOW DO I CONVERT TO MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

When you make payment, paypal will convert the amount into your local currency.


THE ITEM DOESN'T FIT, DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If an item does not fit, please email us within one days of receipt. We will unfortunately not be able to allow returns/exchanges if contacted after a week of receiving the order. We pride ourselves on providing accurate measurements (with an allowance of 1-3cm) for all our products. If you receive an item and it does not fit, we allow exchanges for size, but if you would like to be issued store credit/exchange for a different item, please note shipping costs to us will have to be borne on your end.
*Please note: only store credit will be issued for returns made because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, etc.

REFUND POLICY

Returns.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines or handmade products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable).


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable).


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hypeclothe.com 

Gifts.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
